🐾 Milo 🐾

Milo is a striking 7-year-old black and white semi-long-haired boy looking for his forever home. This affectionate boy has a gentle soul and a love for close human company. He enjoys being right near his people and is especially fond of snuggling on your chest for long, relaxing strokes.

In his younger days, Milo was a very capable hunter and independent explorer; it wasn’t unusual for him to be off on adventures for a day or two. One of these escapades resulted in a tail injury, and his tail was amputated by the vet, leaving him with a short stump that only adds to his unique charm (see photos below). This doesn’t affect his balance or mobility in any way, it’s simply part of who Milo is, and he doesn’t know life any different.

Milo is an easy-going cat with very few dislikes. Loud noises or sudden bangs can startle him, but otherwise he is calm, relaxed, and adaptable. He enjoys gentle play, particularly string toys with feathers, although at 7 years old he now prefers affection and comfort over energetic games.

He will sleep wherever he feels most comfortable, usually choosing the sofa or bed rather than specially bought cat beds. Milo is fantastic with children of all ages. He sensibly moves himself away if things become busy and prefers peaceful company. At night, he often chooses to sleep upstairs next to the youngest child.

Milo uses an open litter tray, is not fussy about litter type, and is currently used to clumping litter. His favourite foods include Whiskas wet food and Go-Cat biscuits.
