Jenny Herriot
Trustee, Fosterer & Logistics
Jenny, co-founder of Avid's Angels Cat Rescue, has been an animal lover since a very young age. She has had a special connection with many different types of animals, including cats, dogs and horses. Recognising the growing population of unwanted and stray cats, Jenny knew she wanted to make a difference. That's why she founded Avid's Angels Cat Rescue, to provide these cats and kittens with the necessary care and affection they need.

Eileen Hatton
Trustee, Admin & Home Checks
Eileen has been an animal lover all of her life, she had a rescued dog when she was younger and more recently has had quite a few cats in her life. She is now retired and is not sure how she had time to go work! For the last three years she has been involved with the rescue, firstly as a volunteer foster mum and then helping with transport as and when needed for either bringing animals into rescue or taking them out to foster homes or to new forever homes. Eileen now volunteers as a home checker, which she really enjoys, finding good loving homes for our cats and kittens; she also helps with some admin tasks.
