Badger – A loyal little gentleman looking for his forever home

Badger is a handsome black and white boy of around 5 years old with a truly special heart. He was found as a stray after what is believed to have been a dog attack, which left him with a few abscesses on his front legs. These were successfully treated, and the reason his front legs appear shaved in some of his photos is simply because of the veterinary care he received at the time – the fur has already grown back beautifully.

Since then, poor Badger has also overcome a urinary tract infection. He is now healthy and doing very well – he enjoys his Whiskas wet food and this is supplemented with dry urinary tract biscuits to keep him feeling his best.

Despite everything he has been through, Badger has remained wonderfully friendly and affectionate. He enjoys a fun play session (string is his favourite!) but is happiest soaking up fuss and attention. He has a calm, loving nature and forms strong bonds with his people. He managed to charm all the staff at the vets during his initial vet treatment and he has his foster parents firmly wrapped around his paw.

Badger would thrive in a quiet household without other pets or young children. Once he has had time to settle, he would love access to secure outdoor space where he can safely explore and enjoy the fresh air.

He is ready to leave his difficult start behind and find a peaceful forever home where he can be cherished. In return, he promises loyal companionship, gentle head bumps, and a very full heart.
